William Thomas Turner was born on August 16th, 1989 to Billy and Lesli Turner in Windsor Ontario Canada. William had seven siblings that were the joy of his life, along with being the fun uncle to many.

William received his early education in Canada, then proceeded to receive his bachelor degree in Political science at Wayne State University. William continued his education and obtained a Master’s degree in Political science at Georgia State University where he eventually made Georgia his home.

William worked for Fulton County Government as a Community Engagement Specialist in Atlanta Georgia, his dream job.

William passed away suddenly on March 28th, 2022. He leaves to mourn his parents Billy and Lesli Turner, his siblings Derek (Jackie) Turner; Jerry Jr (Jennifer) Glover; Dr. Marvin Carr; Martez Carr and Robert Turner; Jessica (Ahmad) Musa and Brittany (Jerome) Williams. Also mourning William are his grandparents Mozelle Jones and Billy (Marlene) Turner.

Preceeded in death by his grandparents Catherine Nolan and Mckinley Mills. William adored his four aunts Kim (Michael) Turner; Megan (Richard) Morrow; Breggetta Maravilla (Hunt); and Shalon Turner and two uncles Bobby (Kimethia) Turner and Anthony (Ida) Mills. William cherished his four Great Aunts Patricia Quates; Florence Logan Dileana Larkin, Carolyn Glover. William had a host of nieces and nephews and many friends that will miss him.
